I don't think that this is a terrible problem as this kata essentially has similar limitations tp the Extra Attack manuever. This being that if you kill your opponent with your regular attack you cant use the kata to attack someone else.

The bit that says: spend a void to attack a target you have already attacked this round. If they are dead (from being killed) you don't get to attack any more (unless you are infected with rabies or something, then just cut sick and mutilate that body!).

I thought he was refering the the general Extra Attack granted from School Techniques.
Also:
First attack, hit guy A, use kata a few times to kill him.
Use Rank 2 Mirumoto's Second attack to attack another foe and use kata a few times to kill him.

I will agree that "who you have attacked this round" can very much be read as meaning it only can be used once, but this is still debatable.

Oh, my jibba jabba is that you can use the Kata as many times as you like in a round, but you are limited in that the targets must be ones you attacked.
