When you activate this does this bubble of awareness move with you or is it stationary?

No duration is listed in the description, so I can only infer that it's a "one shot" deal, like a sonar pulse that picks up *everything*. After you activate it, you are aware of everything, then you just go back to normal. Therefore, it doesn't move with you, because it doesn't last enough for you to move.
