I see lots of card fiction refer to rioting, etc in Ryoko Owari, what happened in the city? I wasn't able to find anything relating to it in my meager searches.

I see lots of card fiction refer to rioting, etc in Ryoko Owari, what happened in the city? I wasn't able to find anything relating to it in my meager searches. There are peasant revolts in Scorpion lands right now. In part due to the food shortage, in part due to Kokujin's rabble rousing.
