Incidently, unless I'm forgetting some eratta (which is entirely possible), Ninja Ranged Weapons is not actually a Low Skill. Nothing in its description lists it as Low, or as acting as a Low skill under certain circumstances.
Ah, you are right. I had forgotten that they put Ranged Ninja Weapons in Bugei. My houserule is that when you use a Ninja Weapon (and you are not a Ninja) you lose your Honor Rank in honor.
