This large section of the forum has been visible to me for a while, but it shows up as locked with 0 posts. Is this an empty spot with plans for the near future, or do I just not have permissions set up to view what's already there?

My take on this is they are somehow afraid of being force to give us money if they take our ideas in consideration. I don't understand where their problem come from. I love rpg mechanics and I hate to buy a product with flawed mechanics. In their case it is just that they don't listen or they post their mechanics for playtest after the deadline.

Might also be related to the fact that the RPG writing team is small, and one of them is also the line developper if I understand things correctly. It's always hard to accept criticism on your work, but when you are your own boss, the temptation is great to just dismiss it and say "no, it's good as it is". Masters of war is supposedly finished to write since a long time, and I'll bet the layout is done also. But we heard no word about what'll come next. A good company plans at least a little ahead, but no one heard anything about more books currently in development for the RPG. There is something rotten in the kingdome of AEG... Mike

I will be starting my rules post fruning on monday December 17th, 2007. I still need to clear up some issues with Shawnm but then it is a go.
