Topaz tourney
Planning to run the Topaz event in game (think its a great place to start), but I have one question: where was the last one held, and is it in the same place each year? thankyou

It is held in the same place every year, which means that the module should actually give you the location. (I don't remember the name off the top of my head, but I believe the Tsume vassal family of the Crane make their home in the same province).

Theres a module? Where can I find that?

The Tsuma village is where it's held. It's just next to Kyuden Kakita and the Kakita duelling academy. The module is downloadable for free on the l5r website, it's a scenario. The Tsume family lives much north of it and isn't related in any way to it.

Been a while, but I'm back on. Got Topaz, but have yet to unleash it on a playgroup yet (we got stuck in a AD&D, Dnd, WFRP, etc cycle). Hopefully going to use it soon. Anyway, just wanted to let people know that it looks brilliant, and my thanks and compliments to the writers (in case they come on here).

Another worth while module to look at for Topaz is the 1st edition one at the back of the 1st edition core rulebook. It may give some flavor as how to spice it up, though the game mechanics fo that one are all designed for 1st edition.
